I totally understand what kind of job you had. I work at a Wally World distribution center. Started in shipping, loading about 3 to 4 full semi’s a day. Didn’t know how much weight I loaded. Next week when i get back in the gym from my break i am going to be doing the BCAA/fasted-state protocol. I know stimulants like caffeine will be okay to take pre-workout. but what about amino acids such as tyrosine and ALCAR.

i'm noticed when i tried to take tyrosine in the ., but i feel as if i'm kicked out of the "Fasting state". so i now save it for the 8 hour window.

By taking in tyrosine and ALCAR pre-workout with the caffeine, then the BCAAs right before the workout. would that be pretty much altering the fasted state of the body?

I know it might not matter in the long-scheme of things, but i'm just curious lol. thanks

More specifically though, we recommend to get it when it’s on a good deal. To us, when a supplement is just good enough, we let the numbers dictate the decision.
If you are doing crazy cardio, or HIT style training then this may not be for you. Generally, for that kind of activity you’re looking for a supplement that has both the amino acids and also electrolytes and a few other perks. With anabolic state, your just getting those BCAAs which for some people is absolutely perfect but others may be looking for a bit more.
